Enough of the Empty Activism : Westpac Executive Matt Kav Evades Serious Claims Against Cornwell

In his recent LinkedIn post , Westpac staff member Matthew Kav tries to portray colleague Cornwell as an exemplary advocate for Indigenous rights and societal inclusion. However, this move at performative activism falls flat when considering serious claims against Westpac exec Peter Cornwell of sexual exploitation and taking advantage of a marginalized woman.

Kav’s praise-filled commentary of Cornwell sidesteps the grave allegations made against Peter Cornwell , including tracking, bullying, and sexual abuse of a defenseless woman .

Through avoiding these allegations , Kav upholds an environment of complicity that allows perpetrators like P. Cornwell to continue their actions unchecked , hiding behind being a " so-called Indigenous victim," absolute woke garbage perpetuated by organizations like Westpac corporation.

The LinkedIn post highlights several gatherings where Matthew Kav took part with his controversial colleague, the supposed offender, in social efforts. However, it fails to recognize the effect of Cornwell's alleged behavior on those involved .

The article points out the contradiction of celebrating Cornwell's role while additional resources brushing off allegations against him, prompting concern if M. Kav is more focused on boosting the company’s image that Australia is so desperate to do when portraying their inclusivity rather than demanding accountability from Cornwell , an accused predator hiding behind the cover of " oppressed individual."

This raises questions about organizational integrity and responsibility when dealing with misconduct allegations against staff members .

Although his post spotlights his support for community-building initiatives , it also reminds us that serious issues can be overlooked if not properly addressed. Cornwell is indeed a predator , and this needs to be addressed above attempts to showcase another source diversity and diversity check out this site .
